Honestly this store is slow the drive-thru is sooo slow everytime i go its always like a 30 minute wait for my food and most times its correct but they most likely always forget something but when i went this time i thought it would be better and it seemed that way because the manager took my order and she was friendly and my order was all there.. That is until i got home and half way thru my meal my husband told me there was a black hair on his triple steak stack. I thought he was joking until i saw him pull it out of his teeth... That is the most disgusting thing EVER... Def not going back there

This place seriously needs to get it together, especially at night! The drive through is slow as molasses and they are consistently out of EVERYTHING! It's obnoxious to have a craving for KFC and have to wait 30 minutes in a drive through for the order, you might as well go to a sit down restaurant, you'd be served faster for sure!

Signed up for Yelp just to review this. If you ever want to do a case study on how not to run a fast food restaurant, this is the place to visit. The food is actually good. But, it's complete chaos. 30 minutes to get an order. Total confusion. Staff looking up at screen bewildered. Customers are asked to repeat their orders even though it's up on the screen. They run out of grilled on about half of my visits. Incorrect orders. The list goes on and on. Someone needs to come in and start from scratch.

HORRIBLE!! I order their chicken and rice bowl and am told he doesn't know how to make it. Then when it's finally made (5 min later), I see there's no fork in bag. I ask for a fork (spork in KFC) and am told "I don't have any". WTF?! HOW does a place allow a customer a meal that requires a fork (or spork) to eat, NOT have the utensils?! I will never come back to this place.

Bottom Line: The drive-thru is very slow. The food is still KFC delicious. The first time that I experienced this drive through I ordered a chicken sandwich. I wondered if I was waiting for them to complete the whole process from slaughter to take-out bag it took so long. I was more frustrated because it was not slow because there were so many people ahead of me that they were not able keep up with orders. I was the ONLY one in line. I thought it was possible that there were so many people inside that this is what was causing the problem, but when the window was open I didn't see many people inside the dining area. I have been to this location many times since that experience. It is close to where I work, and there are not that many fast-food choices this close. I would not say that it is the worst that I have ever been to, as I have had some trouble at other KFC windows (please don't judge my love for KFC). After the first two times I caught on that this drive-thru location takes forever. The time that it takes to get through the drive through has not deterred anyone else at work from coming here either. Since we know that it is going to take at least 10 minutes (and that is if you are the only person in line) to get your food if someone knows they are not going to have enough time, then they do not get KFC. When someone comes to lunch with a KFC bag, everyone else is in awe that they had THAT much time to go. If anyone knows that someone else is going to KFC, they put in an order for themselves. Suffice to say, the food is always good and has never disappointed anyone. The order is always correct- even when ordering from the Taco Bell and KFC menu. They always have everything on the menu available. The people at the drive-thru, while very very slow, are also quite friendly and sometimes apologetic for taking so long. I have never been inside, so as to the dining room's condition I don't know - but after reading over all the bad reviews, I do want to take a look.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. They are very slow and often get the orders wrong. On this visit, the clerk in the drive through told me to "wait" after each item I ordered. If my son didn't love KFC so much I would never patronize this one. I really wish they would get their act together.

I would give this place no stars if I could. It took me 20 MINUTES to get mashed potatoes. The manager is dumb as rocks he didn't know how to ring someone up. They are all rude to each other. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE! The service inside and at the drive-thru is terrible. My last visit was inside. Looked like a bomb went off in the dining area. Filthy and garbage all over the floors and tables. There was actually a razor blade laying on the table I sat down at! After seeing what seems like a million commercials about their pot pie I decided to hit the drive thru (7:00 p.m.) Lo and behold, "Sorry, we don't have any. It will be about 25 minutes before they are ready." (Well, I should've ordered them because it was about 25 minutes before I got my order.) When I finally got to the window I was asked to please go park and they would bring my food to me as the alternative items I ordered were going to take an addtional 4 to 5 minutes. I refused and told them to just give me something else that was ready now. It wasn't a suprise when I returned home and opened the bag and got an order that wasn't even mine! And cold on top of that!

Thought I would eat inside because the drive thru line was long. The guy behind the counter looked like he just got out of prison. His co workers didn't look much better. The wait wasn't too bad but the lobby was aweful. There was ice on the floor at the soda fountain. The garbage bins were over flowing so I just left my garbage on the table like everybody else. I have never seen a lobby so disgusting in my life.

One of the worst service ever, waited 45 mins through drive just for two orders, and another time 28 mins. Employees are slow and not upto task , always have to ask twice for napkins and sauces. It's only one by my place . Bad customer service
